Do students need to install an app?
No. Digital Campus works in any modern browser on a phone, tablet or computer. Students sign in at your institution’s own address.
Will it work on a slow connection?
Yes. Pages are small and work is saved as people go, so a dropped connection costs a moment, not a morning. Live classes need a steadier connection, like any video call.
How do we take fees by Mobile Money?
Payments go through a licensed payment provider that supports MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Money and cards. Money settles to your institution’s account; we never hold it. The provider’s fee is passed on at cost.
We keep everything in Excel. Is that a problem?
That is where most institutions start. You can import students, staff, courses and past results from spreadsheets, and on every plan we help you move them in.
Who owns our data?
You do. It is kept apart from every other institution’s, your lists export to spreadsheets, if you leave we hand everything back, and we never sell it or use it for advertising.
What happens after the 60-day pilot?
You choose a plan and switch on the rest of your campus, or you walk away and take your data with you. Nothing is charged by surprise: a card is kept only if you ask it to renew automatically.
Can we run several campuses?
Yes. Campuses, faculties and departments share one record, and each office sees only the part it is responsible for.
Do you offer lower prices for public institutions?
Yes. Public colleges of education, nursing training colleges and mission institutions pay less. Tell us about your institution and we will send a quote.
